Saturday November 1, 2008 will mark the one-year anniversary of the last time Jaliek “Jay” Rainwalker the then 12-year-old child who disappeared from 11 Hill Street in Greenwich, NY was seen.
In addition to the Vigil Jaliek’s grandparents Barbara Reeley and Dennis Smith will be holding where a car brigade will begin at 8pm from Latham Farms to Mowry Park in Greenwich with a candle light vigil from 9pm to 12am, Fresh Anointing Ministries will also be holding a candle light walk for Jaliek in Albany for those who would like to be a part of our remembrance of Jaliek but cannot make to Greenwich.
We will gather between 6 and 6:30 on the east side of the capital we will then proceed up Washington Avenue to Swan over to State Street entering the Empire State Plaza to Madison Avenue and ending at the NYS Missing Persons Monument next to the NYS Museum where we will pause for a candle light prayer vigil for Jaliek. We ask those that are unable to make the walk with us to go directly to the Monument on the corner of Madison Avenue and Swan Street.
